Finance ministers will meet at the headquarters of the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC, USA for the Commonwealth Finance Ministers Meeting (CFMM) on 12 October 2017.
Canada will chair this year’s meeting which brings together 52 member states across six regions. CFMM provides a uniquely informal platform for open and honest dialogue among a diverse group of countries on key economic issues.
The ministerial plenary agenda for this year focuses on the theme of Advancing Jobs and Resilience through Innovation.
The meeting will be preceded by a Senior Officials Meeting, G20 Outreach Meeting and Central Bank Governors Meeting on Wednesday 11 October at the same venue.
